We are seeking a licensed Treatment Director to work with us at The Estates at Chateau in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Estates at Chateau is affiliated with Monarch Healthcare Management, specializing in providing short term rehabilitation, wound care, long term rehabilitation, and chemical dependency treatment. POSITION SUMMARY: The Treatment Director interacts with the residents, families, visitors, other facility staff, and community agencies during the admission and discharge to the Chemical Dependency Licensed Treatment Facility. JOB DUTIES: Visiting 1:1 with residents and communicating with staff, families, and community agencies as needed. Participate in interdisciplinary patient care chemical dependency treatment planning. As a member of the interdisciplinary care planning team, the Treatment Director will help to identify the initial services plan, comprehensive assessment and summary, service discharge summary, and provide for individual and group chemical dependency treatment counseling, including residents with co-occurring disorders. Help clarify a range of legal documents for residents and families including the service initiation and termination agreements according to policy. Provide for individual and group chemical dependency counseling, including co-occurring mental health disorders. The Treatment Director is also responsible to develop and maintain a quality improvement plan for the Chemical Dependency Licensed Treatment Facility. QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in the State of Minnesota. At least three years of experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with substance use disorder. Have a baccalaureate degree, or three years of work experience in administration or personnel supervision in human services field. Recognize and understand the psychosocial and emotional needs of residents. Be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must qualify for employment after a criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Job Type: Part Time hours (about 20 hours a week), but can be flexible Days worked are typically Monday-Friday.
