RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and execute full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, selection, interviewing, and supporting pre-onboarding. • Collaborate with DON and Office Manager to determine current staffing needs and recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates. • Placing strategic and creative job postings. • Utilize relevant technologies in digital, social media and job boards to source and recruit new and existing candidates; create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media platform, professional associations, and attending career fairs. • Organize and complete pre-hire process, including background checks, license verification, reference checks, etc. • Schedule Orientation and Training. • Orientation for new employees. • Employee follow-up and mentoring. • Effectively market open positions positively as “opportunities” while providing applicants with a realistic job preview; presents Plateau Healthcare as employer of choice. • Enlists formal and informal network contacts and conducts daily calls with potential candidates to build a pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs. • Responsible to build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and referrals. • Manages “Open” positions. • Reduce fill-ins and overtime. • Resolution management. • Identifies and stays current on market trends in the marketplace that impact ability to recruit new and existing candidates. • Collects data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts. • HR functions related to employee terminations, as requested by DON and/or Office Manager • Assists DON and Office Manager to secure staff scheduling and manage day-to-day staffing. • Take on special projects as requested by DON and/or Office Manager. • Attend in-service programs, CE programs, seminars, and self-study programs annually • Adhere to State and Federal rules and regulations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Associate degree in human resources or related area, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 3 years full life cycle recruiting experience. • Previous experience recruiting with a staffing agency preferred. • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and creative problem-solving skills are required. • Strong understanding and appreciation of a diverse work environment. • Strong computer and social media skills, with ability to quickly learn new software. • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. • Possess a results-driven sense of urgency and persistence, delivering both high quality and a high volume of candidates. • Strong time management skills. • Knowledge in recruitment practices, in-depth experience in interviewing and assessment techniques. • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately. • Have an understanding of compliance and reporting requirements related to talent acquisition. • Possess the ability to follow strict policy and procedural guidelines ensuring adherence to all laws, policies, and regulations.
