Join the team at Heritage Place of Roseville! Heritage Place of Roseville is looking for a dynamic, goals-oriented individual with documented success in a sales and marketing role and a heart for seniors. Our Sales and Marketing Director is an integral part of our close-knit leadership team and serves as the point of contact for all potential residents and family members in our Senior Living setting. If you have a compassionate, sales-driven mindset and are looking for an opportunity to impact lives every day, this is the position for you! Key responsibilities: - Develops and maintains relationships with external referral sources and leads including professional, government and community agencies to maintain/exceed sales goals for building occupancy. - Generates and follows through on all sales leads using the GSS approved sales process. - Plans and organizes prospect lead generation events. - Direct sales forecasting and sets performance goals (prospect and referral) and monitors performance on a continual basis. Writes sales and marketing plans to achieve quantifiable occupancy/client objectives. - Plans advertising and promotional activities to include, but not limited to print, online, electronic media and direct mail. - Maintains and analyzes customer relationship management (CRM) database for prospective leads and referral sources on a regular basis. - Reviews key competitor’s service offerings and market position relative to the needs of potential customer and marketplace demands. Ensures a timely response to trends that impact senior services. - Recognizes opportunities for new services; implements new services/programs. - Continual monitoring of customer satisfaction via survey results and periodic canvassing of current residents to identify and anticipate emerging trends in senior services in order to use this information to advance the sales and marketing process. - Maintains residents’ privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Observes and reports residents’ conditions to appropriate staff. What do you bring? - Excellent leadership and communication skills are a must for building trusted relationships in the community and facilitating tours with prospective residents. - A strong drive and enthusiasm for sales and meeting goals. - Experience with Senior Living and/or a longer sales cycle preferred. This position is 32 hours a week and benefit eligible. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, along with paid time off, holiday pay, retirement benefits, scholarships, casual fun days, and more. This is a salaried position which ranges from $52,000-$55,000 yearly, based on experience. This position is eligible to receive quarterly sales bonuses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business or equivalent degree preferred. 1-3 years of sales experience. Ability and willingness to speak in front of small groups of people; ability and willingness to engage in one-on-one conversations with residents and prospective residents on a regular basis; ability and willingness to manage multiple projects at the same time; basic typing skills. Above average written and oral communication skills; ability to work with percentages, decimals and dollar figures.
