Lead Operations Administrative Assistant

This position provides a wide array of administrative support services for the entire Operation’s team and serves as the Purchasing Committee liaison/coordinator. This position will perform a variety of administrative support tasks including, scheduling, reporting and tracking information, reviewing and responding to correspondence and phone calls as needed/requested, and other related administrative support functions. Responsibilities Performs word processing and related document support administrative services for the Operations Team (COO, OVPs Clinical Services, Therapy) in a timely, accurate, and professional manner adhering to all BHS protocols. Coordinates and makes travel arrangements for the BHS Operations department as requested, including seminar scheduling, air travel arrangements, hotel and ground travel. Maintains appointment schedules and calendars for the BHS Operations department so their location is known and appointments can be scheduled in their absence. Provides direction/supervision to one direct support, as well as provides backup assistance to other administrative support staff to promote efficiency of the office.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary education Excellent office software skills Previous experience maintaining databases Five (5) or more years of administrative experience Qualifications Preferred: Previous experience providing supervision of administrative staff. Previous experience in supporting purchasing groups
