Benedictine Living Community of Northfield is a new senior living community in Northfield, MN opening in the fall of 2019. The Housing Administrator, directs and delegates where appropriate all operations of residential housing with services units including financial management, comprehensive home care services, support services, public relations, legal compliance, staffing, safety, maintenance, and any other duties that will ensure a high level of resident and associate satisfaction. Responsibilities Promotes Benedictine Health System’s Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing these values to life in the organization. Develops, articulates and implements community vision and strategic planning in alignment with the BHS Quality Agenda. Assures that care and service resources are in place and are appropriate within defined program parameters. Develops and assures execution of sales and marketing plan and activities for incoming inquiries from prospective residents and their families. Establishes and implements plans and systems to maintain occupancy and serve the community in conjunction with relevant residential and service options. Plans and monitors all financial operations to ensure utilization of community resources in a fiscally responsible manner; whereby working towards long term sustainability. Assures that adequate support services including culinary, maintenance, housekeeping and grounds services are in place to preserve and enhance the appearance and operations of the building, equipment and grounds to meet the needs of our clients. Manages the selection, training, development and formation, as well as ongoing performance management of team to retain a professional, motivated workforce. Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Required: One or more years of experience in senior housing or senior services. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field. Qualifications Preferred: One or more years of supervisory experience. Experience in home health care. CPR/First Aid certification. Housing Manager certification Servsafe certification EEO/AA/Vet Friendly
