Payroll Coordinator

This position is responsible for providing time & attendance, payroll, system maintenance, service, and support to BHS owned/managed communities while enforcing payroll policies and procedures. Complete the payroll process for Support Center and community associates. Responsibilities Consults with BHS community administrators and payroll professionals on general payroll matters. Provides training on current software and payroll practices to new Human Resources and Payroll community associates. Process payroll and help support the associates of the Support Center with questions related to payroll. Coordinates with Ceridian Tax Services on tax related information. Responsible for the processing of garnishments and levies to ensure accuracy and timely payments. Coordinates direct deposit adjustments and official bank check changes between BHS communities and bank as needed. Prepare information for Workman’s Compensation audit. Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Required: Two (2) years of Post-Secondary education Three (3) or more years of experience directly related to Payroll Qualifications Preferred: Experience in Human Resources and/or Accounting CFP or CPP EEO/AA/Vet Friendly
