Pine Haven Community is seeking a motivated RN to fill our Director of Nursing Services position. The DNS oversees the nursing department for the campus, which consists of a 24 apartment assisted living community, as well as a 70 bed skilled nursing facility with a 15 bed TCU. The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors. Coordinates and manages overall operation of the nursing department in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory bodies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include a current unencumbered MN RN license, excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in long-term care and/or supervisory experience preferred.
