While the day provides a wonderful opportunity for golfers to reconnect and re-energize outdoors, it also serves a vitally important function as the Care Providers of Minnesota Foundation’s major fundraising event of the year. Over the years, the Foundation has helped further the careers of hundreds of long-term care employees throughout Minnesota by providing over $500,000 in scholarships and leadership support.
