The ASSISTED LIVING MANAGERS' & DIRECTORS' EDUCATION SERIES certificate program is created for newly-licensed assisted living directors and managers new to assisted living.
Assisted living managers wear many different hats—from CEO, owner, licensed director, business manager to marketer, program director to human resource director, landlord to maintenance staff—with many tasks in between. Throughout the series, attendees will learn from experts in the field, as well as from the experiences of colleagues.
While this series is now a virtual experience, the quality of education and presenters upholds Care Providers of Minnesota’s high standards. Each module will be presented live, and participants have the opportunity to engage with presenters. In addition, each module will be archived and available after the live presentation.
The Assisted Living Managers’ & Directors’ Education Series is accredited for continuing education by the Minnesota Board of Executives for Long-Term Services and Supports (BELTSS). This series is not a pathway to assisted living director licensure.
While there are updates each year, the core curriculum stays consistent and is not meant for repeat attendance.

Please note: If you are interested in attending BOTH the Assisted Living Managers' & Directors' Education Series & Assisted Living Nurse Managers' Education Series, there are five modules that overlap, so the CEU hours will only be counted once for those five overlapping modules. So by completing both series, the CEU total would be 34.0.
