The weather, roads and airlines did not cooperate with one of our presenters at our 74th annual Convention & Exposition, resulting in session 902 being cancelled last Wednesday. However, our presenter, Veronia Birch from GEM Healthcare Consulting has agreed to present "Mic Drop: MDS Interviewing Tips for the IDT Team" as a live webinar on Wednesday, November 30 from 10:30AM until noon to allow for some solid Q&A time.

With several sections of MDS requiring resident interviews, it is important to be comfortable with the interview process. In this session, we will review some interviewing techniques and best practices for completing resident interviews for the MDS 3.0.
