Tickets:
Facility and Housing registrants may request 1 (housing) or 2 (facility) complimentary tickets to the Celebration of Caring dinner; however, these ticket requests must be reflected on the registration form. Additional tickets can be purchased for $50 each. Facilities are encouraged to take advantage of our new Tuesday evening timeframe and purchase a table (10 tickets). A table may be purchased for $450.

"Members" and membership categories are defined per the by-laws of Care Providers of Minnesota.
