The Administrator manages all aspects of operations for Pine Haven, Inc. in an honest, ethical manner so that the maximum quality of life will be provided to residents living in the Care Center and Evergreen Place. The Administrator represents the organization in the local and surrounding communities as well as maintains relationships with State and National membership organizations. Responsibilities and Job Duties: •Follow/adhere to organization policies and procedures •Develop and monitor budgets, revenues & expenses •Deal consistently and fairly with diverse constituencies •Organize and prioritize projects •Make appropriate and timely decisions •Selects, trains, evaluates and directs department supervisors •Ensures nursing care meets established standards •Ensures that census and facility goals are achieved •Examine financial statements developed by Director of Finance •Maintain effective communication with Board of Directors •Attend Board of Directors regular and committee meeting •Effectively communicate and interact with support staff, residents, family, and community members •Perform other tasks as appropriate and as directed by the Board of Directors •Maintains confidentiality of personnel, financial, and other records of Pine Haven •Make independent decisions on a regular basis Working Hours: •This position is primarily day hours but requires flexibility in schedule to include extended hours, weekends, and holidays


JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline from an accredited college. •Current State of Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator license. •5 years’ experience preferred •Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
