The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the completion of all necessary MDS’s of the residents and conducts and coordinates ongoing resident assessments. This position is required to work every fourth weekend as the Charge nurse as well as med cart pass. The RN will also need to provide direct supervision to the direct care staff and have good communication and documentation skills with positive interaction with residents, families and coworkers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Registered nurse. Would prefer prior experience but not necessary
