Duties include managing the overall daily operations of the assisted living community, including working closely with the caring & professional nursing staff, coordinating resident services, employee scheduling and supervision, marketing, resident admissions, and understanding and enforcement of the Assisted Living regulations. Preference given to those candidates with minimum two year degree, long term care and management experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
