The RN/HM & Leadership Team will work together to Manage and increase top notch senior care. We work together to manage programs that are already in place and see where improvement is needed. manages staff development through orientation, hands-on training, competency evaluations, and audits. The Resource Nurse Manager promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills and attitude of staff. Conduct resident care conferences, maintains and implements total nursing care of residents. Share 24/7 on call with other RN’s, this schedule to be worked out between you. With 10 live-in residents already living with us and care plans set, the on-going assessments are set for every 90 days or change in condition. On site management is usually 2 to 3 days per week, most work can be done mobile.

Must be a Registered Nurse, currently licensed by the State of Minnesota, who has previous education or teaching experience, and preferably also gerontological experience. Must have basic computer competencies, or be willing to attend training to attain competency. Must be flexible with working hours and possesses the ability to work independently. Assisted Living is located in Staples, MN and has current Comprehensive home-care with additional Integrated license. We also manage basic in home clients from Wadena to Little Falls.
