SilverCrest Properties is currently recruiting for a Full Time Registered Nurse at our Summit Place Senior Community in Eden Prairie, MN. New Hire Bonus of $5,000, paid out in three equal installments at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months. Your role: This is a fast-paced position that provides excellent growth and advancement opportunities. Duties include: Consulting with the Director of Home Care Services on delegation of nursing tasks, completing assessments, observing and monitoring clinical care needing RN delegation, Observing resident care needs and communicating appropriately, ensuring nursing procedures and treatments are implemented accurately, Conducting medication administration and medication pass observations, Reviewing accuracy of physician orders On-call responsibility


JOB REQUIREMENTS
What's important to us: We are looking for a high energy, engaged candidate that will fit in with our culture of providing exceptional customer service. The candidate must have a current RN nursing license and needs to meet Assisted Living Licensure requirements. They must also have experience with geriatric assessment, Alzheimer’s and dementia training, clinical and nursing practice updates and experience working with unlicensed personnel. Some travel to assessments is also required. The ideal candidate will be looking for a role where they can utilize their skills and have opportunity for advancement.
