To direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to residents at all times. JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary. A degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred, but not required. Must have, as a minimum, 5 year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license or meet the licensure requirements of this State.
JOB BENEFITS
In this County owned Care Center we offer an comprehensive salary and benefits package that is highly competitive, plus the Public Employees Retirement Association benefits. STARTING WAGE: $90,064 – $121,076 per year (wage negotiable based on experience)
