Connect with members & register for events in our new app!

A few weeks ago, we launched our new, branded app—CPM Mobile—powered by Clowder. This new app has some great features for our members!
- Upon opening the app, you’ll find the newsfeed—stay informed with key updates from your Association!
- Navigate to the events tab to register for events, view speakers, event information, and other materials
- For our signature events, like the upcoming Assisted Living Summit, you can access everything you need for the event, including exhibitor and sponsor information, a link to book your stay at the hotel, create your own schedule, view handouts, and more!
- The app users section will help connect you with your peers across the state—did you meet someone at an event and want to connect with them? View the event attendee list and send them a message!
- Visit your profile to add a bio, your own profile image, or quickly view your CEs
Through technology, we aim to make engagement with the association community more convenient and meaningful.

If you prefer to view the app from a browser, we also have a web version available.
For both the app and the web version, you will be required to log in to your Care Providers of Minnesota account. If you have forgotten your username or password for our website, select the “forgot username” or “forgot password” options on the login page:
