May Lunch & Learn at the International Institute of Minnesota

Care Providers of Minnesota and the International Institute of Minnesota are inviting employers and workforce professionals to a Lunch & Learn focused on strengthening workplace culture and improving staff retention.
The event will feature an engaging discussion on workplace conflict, cultural competency, and strategies for creating positive, supportive work environments. Attendees will hear employer success stories, explore practical approaches to common workplace challenges, and have the opportunity to share their own experiences and ideas.
Organizers encourage participants to bring questions and insights to help foster an open, collaborative conversation centered on learning and connection.
The Lunch & Learn will take place on May 27, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. at the International Institute of Minnesota, located at 1694 Como Avenue in St. Paul.
