Finding and retaining a strong workforce is essential in long-term care, and the International Institute of Minnesota (IIMN) is here to help. For more than 105 years, IIMN has supported immigrants and refugees as they build successful lives and careers in Minnesota.

IIMN offers low-cost immigration services and individualized support for those working in or interested in the long-term care field. Services include work authorization assistance, DACA renewals, citizenship applications, green card support, replacement of immigration documents, and more.

The organization's impact is significant: since 2001, more than 19,000 New Americans have become U.S. citizens with IIMN's help, and over 3,000 clients receive immigration services each year. By supporting immigrant employees on their path to citizenship and stability, providers can help strengthen both their workforce and their communities.
