Now Available: Occupational English Training for Your Team
Care Providers of Minnesota is excited to offer 100% grant-funded Occupational English Training through our partnership with EnGen — a flexible, mobile-friendly program designed to support long-term care staff whose first language is not English. This training is:
  • Free for qualifying employees
  • Tailored for CNAs, dietary aides, housekeeping, and other frontline roles
  • On-demand, AI-powered, and aligned with real healthcare tasks
  • Proven to boost retention, career growth, and communication

EnGen learners report:
  • 93% improved English confidence
  • 83% more likely to stay with their employer
  • 80% reached a career goal
