This will be a new experience for most of us—and we want to give you a heads up on some of the key reasons why we are so excited about our virtual convention & exposition!

The 2020 Convention & Exposition is going virtual!

The Convention & Expo will be rolled out in three parts over a four-week period
  • November 9-13: There will be 30 learning session made available during our first week—with six new learning sessions rolled out each day! Each session will offer real-time Q&A with presenters once during the week
  • November 16-18: This will be our LIVE premium days—with three keynote speakers, networking groups, special exhibition-only time, plus two additional live learning sessions presented each day!
  • November 19-December 4: As an added bonus, convention attendees will have access to our ENTIRE convention on-demand education library! This means if you missed a session or two, you will have access to every one of our sessions, 24/7!

Registration rates
All Convention & Expo attendees will register at an individual level:
  • Member rate: $295 (with CEUs) per member registrant
  • Prospective member rate: $425 (with CEUs) per prospective member registrant
  • Student and Government: $75 (with no CEUs) per student/government registrant 

Registration went LIVE on September 8, 2020! While you can register up to two months before our virtual convention takes place, please note that registrants will not receive access to the virtual platform until November 2, 2020. 

What will virtual convention encompass?
We are giving you an actual experience, with opportunities for chatting, networking, and interacting with vendors—both live and on your own schedule. Think of it—four weeks of education, access to vendors & products, networking, three sensational & inspiring keynotes, award recognition, and much, much more!

What do I need?
Computer—desktop or laptop—with audio and high-speed internet. A web camera with microphone will be helpful to connect with your colleagues in roundtable discussions and valued business partner conversations.

But what about exhibitors?
We are making it easy to visit exhibitors to check out their products and services. The expo will be open November 9-December 4, and during premium days—there will be designated times when vendors will be available to chat, as well as arrange for specific times to “meet” with a vendor! There will also be interactive games (i.e., think prizes) that can be won if you visit a certain number of exhibitors during those days!

No travel time, concerns about the weather, or waiting in line for food!
