What's new this year?

  • Tracking attendance for CEU purposes will be digital using Conferences i/o—easy to set up, you add sessions as you attend them
  • Education evaluations will also be digital using Conferences i/o
  • Health & safety protocols: The protocols will be finalized in the fall to ensure the well-being of all convention participants
  • All awards will be presented on Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 PM

All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, CPM staff, Mystic Lake Center staff, service providers, and all others are expected to follow any federal, state, or local health and safety standards, as well as any health and safety standards that may be implemented by Mystic Lake Center after your registration up to and through the end of the convention.

CEU tracking & evaluations
Care Providers of Minnesota is pleased to offer accredited continuing professional education. NEW THIS YEAR—we’re are using a product called Conferences i/o that will allow you to digitally track the sessions you attend to earn your CE credits. No more paper forms that get lost or are hard to read! There is nothing to download; from your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) you will go to the Care Providers of Minnesota CEU website—cpm.cnf.io—log in once, and then add the sessions as you attend them. BONUS, you can fill out session evaluations online too. Care Providers of Minnesota will email certificates of attendance out after the convention and add the CEUs earned to Care Providers of Minnesota user profiles.
Parking
There are multiple locations to park for FREE at Mystic Lake. More than 700 parking spaces are available in the Mystic Lake Center parking lot, located on the north side, by the Mystic Lake Center entrance.
Special Accommodations
It is the goal of Care Providers of Minnesota to hold professional events where barriers of any type do not exclude people from attending or participating. If you have a condition that requires special accommodations, please contact Care Providers of Minnesota before the event.
Cancellation & no-show policy
Given the continuation of COVID-19 outbreaks, Care Providers of Minnesota has adjusted our convention cancellation policy. Previously, registrants would need to cancel by October 28, 2021 to be issued a full refund (minus a $25 administrative fee).

However, with the ever-evolving situation, we have instituted a flexible cancelation policy. So for those who are holding back on registering for our convention, go ahead and register! And if the situation changes at your facility due to COVID-19 outbreaks or staffing changes, making it difficult to attend or to allow another to attend in your place....we got you covered! Registrants can cancel up until Monday, November 15 and still receive a full refund (minus a $25 administrative fee).
Photo release
Care Providers of Minnesota may take photographs and videos during its events for use in Association promotional materials; by participating in this education event, you grant Care Providers of Minnesota the right to use your image for such purposes.
