2015 Individual Project Summaries

One requirement of the Leading 4 Life Leadership Fellowship Program is an individual project. Each fellow conceives, proposes, plans, and executes a project intended to benefit the employer and community that sent them to this program. These projects also represent opportunities to apply leadership lessons and to stretch emerging leadership capabilities.
