2024 Foundation Golf Tournament

Whether you are passionate about golf, or just enjoy being outside on the course, we invite you to join your colleagues and friends for the 2024 Care Providers of Minnesota Foundation Annual Golf Tournament!

While the day provides a wonderful opportunity for golfers to reconnect and re-energize outdoors, it also serves a vitally important function as the Care Providers of Minnesota Foundation’s major fundraising event of the year. We guarantee that you’ll have a great time supporting a very important cause!

COST:	$195 per Care Providers of Minnesota member/sponsoring business partner participant $220 per prospective member/non-sponsoring business partner participant Registration includes: greens fee, cart, range balls, course games, and lunch for one individual. Golf pairings and foursome requests will be accommodated as possible, but final determinations will be based on registrations.

$70 of your registration fee as a member is a tax-deductible contribution; $95 of your fee as a prospective member or non-sponsoring business partner is tax-deductible.

Cancellation/no-show policy

Refunds will be issued to registrants who cancel by July 8, 2024, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received after that date will be charged the full registration fee. Registrants who are unable to attend may substitute someone else in their place. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
