Webinar: Reducing Falls in Assisted Living
Did you know that decreased mobility is the primary cause of falls and a decline in function for assisted living clients? In this webinar, participants will learn about exercise programs that reduce the occurrence of falls and a decline in function by enhancing the mobility, balance, strength, and endurance of assisted living clients. Sign up for this webinar by national expert, Jeri Lundgren and gain an understanding of how to set up an environment to help promote safe mobility.
Upon conclusion of this session, the learner will be able to:
Recognize how immobility is the primary cause of falls in the elderly.
Identify exercise programs that maintain or improve their mobility, strength, and balance.
Describe how to set up an environment that promotes safe mobility.
