Nurse Managers Education Series - Virtual Event

Nurse Managers Education Series - Virtual Event
The Nurse Managers’ Education Series is one of Care Providers of Minnesota’s most popular and longest-running programs. The NURSE MANAGERS’ EDUCATION SERIES is a virtual certificate program designed for home care nurses who manage the multitude of tasks they face every day in assisted living, housing with services, and home care operations.

The NURSE MANAGERS' EDUCATION SERIES helps nurse managers increase the skills necessary to be an effective manager in assisted living, housing with services, and home care. Most nurses come well prepared to the nurse manager position with nursing skills; however, they may not have experience in the management side of their job duties.

Note: The NURSE MANAGERS' EDUCATION SERIES certificate program is created for the new nurse manager. While there are updates each year, the core curriculum stays consistent. The Nurse Managers’ Education Series is not meant for annual attendance.

All participants receive module materials in a digital format, including a resource appendix containing pertinent laws, rules, and other resources in a digital book. Those who complete the entire series will receive a certificate upon completion of the series.

Each module will be presented live, and participants have the opportunity to engage with presenters. In addition, each module will be archived and available for 30 days after live presentation.
