AL Workshop: New Infection Control Requirements
August 1, 2021 brings significant changes to assisted living settings when a new assisted living license mandate goes into effect. Housing with services and arranged home care providers have many tasks to complete between now and August 1, 2021. Tasks include infection control program development and implementation, staff training, and associated policies and procedures.
This online workshop offers insights, strategies, and resources to assist providers in achieving regulatory compliance through effective infection control program development, staff training, and policy and procedure development.

Learn about comprehensive tuberculosis prevention and control
Apply infection prevention and control strategies to COVID-19 mandates

Ms. Linda Hall, MA, BSN, RN, CPHQ
Nurse Consultant, Advanced Health Institute (AHI)
Linda brings over 40 years of diverse clinical and operational experience to AHI. As a certified professional in health care quality, she has applied her expertise in assisted living, long-term care, pharmaceutical, and managed care environments. With over ten years of experience in regulatory compliance leadership roles, Linda understands the impact that regulation has on providers and how to achieve compliance using quality management principles. With a passion for holistic health, Linda obtained her master’s degree in Human Development. She also has practitioner training in Reiki, Healing Touch, Emotional Freedom Technique, and is a certified stress management instructor.
