ERISA—Are you in compliance?

ERISA—Are you in compliance?
ERISA stands for Employee Retirement Income Security Act—are you in compliance? There are many requirements that all employers need to follow and comply with. This free session, thanks to the sponsorship of the Care Providers Service Corporation, will help you determine if your systems are up to date with current regulations. While basic, we do need periodic review to ensure we’re ‘good’. This presentation is straight from the U.S. Department of Labor. So, bring your questions!
