On May 10, 2024, CMS released the Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Minimum Staffing Standards for Long-Term Care (LTC) Facilities. One part of this rule was an expansion of the Facility Assessment requirements, effective August 8, 2024.

This webinar will address strengthening facility assessments for compliance with the regulatory changes, review the CMS guidance and operational considerations and a question-and-answer section.
