New at this year's SUMMIT—an Intensive designed for residential licensed ALs with units of 10 & under

logoOn Tuesday, May 19, from 9:15-11:30 AM at our Assisted Living Summit, Care Providers of Minnesota is offering something new: an intensive specifically designed for providers with units of 10 and under.

Here are the details:

Provider Playbook: A practical guide for residential providers of 10 or less
Discover the full lifecycle of resident care—from launching your business to confidently supporting individuals with complex behavioral needs. We’ll start by showing you how to build a strong operational foundation that sets your organization up for long-term success.

You’ll learn how to navigate essential state requirements, including what MDH and DHS expect and how to stay compliant with ease. We’ll also share smart, practical marketing strategies—like leveraging UDALSA to boost visibility—while helping you avoid common missteps that can slow growth.

Because referrals fuel your business, we’ll break down how to build high value relationships, partner effectively with county case managers, and quickly confirm whether funding is public or private. You’ll also gain clarity on when you’re considered a landlord and how to manage those responsibilities professionally and proactively. Increasingly value relations.

From there, we’ll walk through a streamlined admissions approach designed to start every resident relationship on the right foot. Finally, we’ll explore critical behavioral health topics, including mental illness, substance use disorders, and de escalation techniques that keep residents and staff safe.

In addition to this new intensive session, there are 2 keynote speakers, 3 general sessions, plus additional learning sessions throughout the two-day SUMMIT.

Sounds great, doesn't it?
