Core Purpose Spreading Love(v.) to Seniors and their Families in the communities we serve Position Purpose This Andover, MN based salaried position is responsible for overseeing and carrying out all the nursing responsibilities involved with maintaining a comprehensive home care license. The RN Client Care Manager ensures the ongoing satisfaction, quality, and safety of existing clients through regular contact, in conjunction with designated quality assurance home visits for clients who specifically receive nursing delegated comprehensive services. The position requires discretion and independent judgement regarding significant matters of quality assurances/clinical management/risk management and training of CAREGivers in personal cares, Alzheimer’s, Transfer Techniques, Safety, and areas deemed necessary for Continuing Education Units (CEUs). All candidates must be a Licensed RN. As the voice of Home Instead, the RN Client Care Manager must demonstrate our core value, Love (v.), in all interactions with internal and external customers and staff.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
