Vice President of Clinical Operations, Moments Hospice

Jennifer Adamek, RN, is vice president of clinical operations at Moments Hospice. A registered nurse with extensive experience in clinical leadership, she has worked for over twenty years in the overlapping fields of assisted living, long-term care, and hospice. She began her work at Moments in 2018 on the clinical team, and now oversees all Moments’ clinical hospice programs. In addition to her managerial role, Jenny is responsible for hiring, training, marketing, community education, and quality assurance planning and implementation. Jennifer is passionate about patient care and ensuring that patients’ needs are met at the most critical times in their lives. She constantly looks for ways to improve the quality of care for each patient and emphasizes the importance of communication among hospice team members and with patients’ family members. Her focus is on building the efficiency of the field staff, ensuring consistency and continuous momentum of care, and improving the quality indicators of Moments’ programs. Jennifer is dedicated to the idea of hospice and to the patients, families, and employees she serves. Jenny spends her free time with her daughter and son, attending all of their extracurricular activities. Her daughter is a three-sport athlete.
