Emerging Leaders Group (ELG) was established for the purpose of developing a network of “young” professionals who are in or moving up to a leadership role; who believe in the value of Association participation; who are willing to invest time in advancing this profession; and who value exposure to new mentors and ideas.

• June: Attend Care Providers of Minnesota Region meetings 
• August/September: Virtual meeting—topic TBD
• September 6 & October 4: Building resilience within (two-part webinar series)
• September 20: Board/Leadership Retreat 
• November 13-15: Convention & Expo reception
