Experience in sales is critical, building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, other healthcare organizations and potential patients and families by promoting and educating our unique services, programs, culture, mission, vision, and values. Other skill sets critical to the role: this associate will be responsible to assess potential residents/patients needing care at our level. Communicate and prep our clinical and therapy teams to provide quality and high customer service. Ability to collect and verify accurate data for all payer sources; coordinate and make arrangements for transportation, and equipment needs. JOB REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of sales /marketing experience, experience in health care services recommended. Experience with PointClickCare preferred. Possess a working knowledge of medical terminology, relevant work history in long-term care and or gerontological nursing. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, other funding sources, as well as, federal and state regulations and law.
