$6000 Sign-On Bonus! The Quality Improvement Coordinator plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance in all Nursing Department functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established Nursing Department policies and procedures. The primary purpose of this position is to develop the competency of staff in accordance with quality improvement needs. The QIC assists the leadership team in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the CQI program and structuring learning experiences as a part of the improvement process.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be possess a current and active license to practice as an RN in this state. Two or more years of nursing experience in an assisted living or long-term care facility preferred. Experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
