Introduction to LTC Trend Tracker

Introduction to LTC Trend Tracker
Comparison data. Data is power. Goal setting and achievement. What does it really mean within my site? Where and how do I find it? Can anything be simple and easy anymore? Because you are a member of Care Providers of Minnesota, you are automatically a member of the American Health Care Association / National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). They’ve created a free member database for all these reasons and purposes. SNF/NF and/or AL—please join us to learn all about the power of LTCTT that’s right at your fingertips.

This session will explore the benefits, rationales, and importance of tracking and trending data in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. There will be a focus on “how” to use LTC Trend Tracker to benchmark and trend quality and staffing measures. During the session, we will go step-by-step on selecting a report, selecting a peer comparison, interpreting results, and exporting findings to use in presentations, improvement plans, and achieving your quality initiative goals
